Tell everyone to open this same file, choose Join a wagon train, and enter this code:

You are in the wagon train. Waiting for the wagon master to start the race...
Type the sentence above. Wrong keys do not move your wagon, so aim true.

One sentence per line, at least 10 characters each. These are saved in this browser. When you host with the Custom difficulty, your sentences are sent to every player automatically.
Type each sentence exactly. Every correct character pulls your wagon west along the 2,040 mile trail from Independence, Missouri to Oregon City. Wrong keys make your oxen balk: the character flashes red and your wagon waits until you press the right key.
Hosting a class game: choose Host a wagon train, then share the 4 letter room code. Players open this same file on their own computers, choose Join, and enter the code. When everyone is at camp, press Start.
Reach Oregon City before time runs out to finish the trail. If nobody finishes, the wagon that traveled farthest wins the round.
Multiplayer needs an internet connection on every computer. Solo practice works offline. Scores and custom sentences are saved only in this browser.
